The wine is the work of Francesc Grimalt, one of the pioneers behind the revival of Mallorca’s indigenous grape varieties, and Sergio Caballero, co-founder of Barcelona’s legendary Sónar festival. Together, they created one of Spain’s most exciting wineries with an initial investment of four million pesetas, or “4 kilos” in old Spanish slang.
